ピュアクラウド型のビジネス電話システム「Dialpad」のHowto動画を制作しました。
操作方法をナレーションとテロップで丁寧に説明し、ユーザーがコールセンターに問い合わせることなく、動画を見るだけで疑問を解決できる内容に仕上げました。

We produced a How-to video for the cloud-based business phone system “Dialpad”.
By carefully explaining the operations with narration and captions, the video allows users to resolve their questions just by watching, without the need of contacting the call center.
Dialpadのユーザーに向けて、必要な操作方法をわかりやすく伝えるHowto動画を制作しました。ナレーションとテロップを活用し、各操作を視覚的かつ音声で解説。動画視聴のみで疑問が解決できるような内容を目指しました。
