本の製本で知られるナカバヤシが、兵庫県北部・養父市の気候と標高差を活かし、
寒地系と暖地系、双方のにんにくを育てる新規事業に挑戦。
国家戦略特区に認定された地域で、「本」と「農」の“二毛作”を展開しています。
今回の映像では、その取り組みの背景や想い、栽培の様子までを一本に凝縮しました。

Nakabayashi, widely known for bookbinding, has begun cultivating garlic in Yabu City, Hyogo—
leveraging regional climate and elevation differences to grow both cold- and warm-region varieties.
The project, part of Japan’s National Strategic Special Zone initiative, reflects a unique dual-business model: publishing and agriculture.
