株式会社 中西製作所 採用動画をドラマ仕立てに
「働くって、誰かのために汗をかけることかもしれない。」
厨房機器の設計・製造・販売を行う中西製作所様の採用動画を制作。
一人の若手社員の目線で描かれるストーリーを通して、仕事のやりがいや、仲間とのつながり、
企業としての姿勢を伝える内容に仕上げました。視聴後に“働くこと”へのイメージが変わる、
そんな感情の余韻を意識した採用動画です。
“Working means giving your best—for someone else.”
We created a recruitment video for Nakanishi Manufacturing Co., Ltd.,
a company that develops safe, hygienic kitchen systems.
Told from the perspective of a young female employee, the story captures her growth, dedication,
and the supportive environment that surrounds her—leaving a lasting emotional impression.
主人公以外はすべて実在の社員を起用し、リアルな空気感とコストバランスを両立。
“入社後の自分”を想起させるドラマ構成で、若年層への安心感を高める狙いを込め、主人公には若手女性キャストを抜擢しました。
映像は質感にもこだわり、撮影当日は、夕日の瞬間を逃さないようスケジュールを大胆に変更。結果的に、作品の象徴ともいえる印象的なラストカットに繋がりました。
制作後は、選考中の学生から「感動した」「仕事のイメージが湧いた」といった声が寄せられ、企業理解と採用意欲の向上に寄与。現在は、企業の第一印象となるコーポレートサイトのファーストビューにも本映像を採用いただいています。
また、採用動画とあわせて、沿革・事業・ビジョンを伝える会社紹介映像も制作。
社員の想いや企業の強みまで網羅し、求職者にもビジネスパートナーにも伝わる、“企業の核心”に触れる映像シリーズとなりました。
By casting real employees and building a narrative that reflects daily life at Nakanishi,
we ensured authenticity and relatability. The female lead offers a sense of approachability for younger audiences.
On shoot day, we even rearranged the schedule to capture a post-rain sunset—
an iconic moment that became the emotional climax.
Post-release feedback included comments like “I was moved” and “I could picture myself working there.”
The video is now featured on the company’s website as their top visual asset.
In tandem with a separate corporate overview video, the content suite clearly communicates
the company’s mission, values, and people.
