「学生に伝わる、魅力的なリクルート映像。」
三陽建設株式会社のリクルート用動画とパンフレットの制作を担当しました。
これまで動画やパンフレットの制作経験がなかったため、アッシュに依頼をいただきました。学生に興味を持ってもらい、動画だけで企業の魅力が伝わることを目指しました。主に学校説明会で使用されることを想定し、簡単に理解できるコンテンツに仕上げました。
We created a recruitment video and brochure for Sanyo Construction Co., Ltd., a group company of Sanyo Holdings.
The company had no prior experience in producing videos or brochures, so they reached out to us for help. The goal was to create content that would catch the attention of students and convey the company’s appeal effectively without the need for lengthy explanations. The video was designed primarily for use at school information sessions.
学生に興味を持ってもらい、企業の魅力を伝えるリクルート用コンテンツを制作しました。
動画は、学生が見て理解できるようにフレンドリーでありながら、企業のプロフェッショナルな面も伝えられる内容に仕上げました。
社員の笑顔を多く使用してフレンドリーさを表現し、真剣な表情や現場での活動を通して、技術力を強調しています。また、パンフレットも一緒に制作し、視覚的に印象に残るデザインに仕上げました。QRコードを配置して、会社のHPへの誘導もスムーズです。
We produced recruitment content that captured the interest of students and conveyed the company’s appeal. The video was designed to be friendly and engaging while also conveying the company’s professional side. We used a lot of photos of employees smiling to express the company’s friendliness, and serious expressions and on-site shots to emphasize the technical expertise. Additionally, we created a brochure with an eye-catching design and included a QR code to guide viewers to the company’s website.
