The kanji for ‘meat’ represents the idea of “enclosing people within,” reflecting the essence of this experience.

書道家の永山玳潤さんに「肉」の文字を書いていただき、視覚的なインパクトを強調しました。名門・京都焼肉の伝統を表現するために、秘伝の出汁（タレ）で食べるスタイルを訴求。さらに、登場人物の顔をあまり見せず、口元の動きで「美味しい」を伝える演出を行いました。
We invited calligrapher Daijun Nagayama to write the kanji for ‘meat,’ emphasizing the visual impact. To showcase the heritage of Kyoto Yakiniku, we focused on the unique tradition of serving it with a secret broth (sauce). Furthermore, instead of showing full face, we conveyed ‘deliciousness’ through the movement of the mouth.
