お客様の想いに寄り添う姿勢を、等身大の母親の面影や口ぐせを切り口にし、朗らかな笑顔と素朴なナレーション、シンプルなメッセージで表現しています。
We expressed the reason why Uniquist continues to be the industry No.1 for three consecutive years.
Rather than simply visualizing their commitment to customers, we chose to focus on the image of a mother’s likeness and catchphrases. Through a cheerful smile, simple narration, and a clear message, we conveyed this sentiment.
